1. Scope
For all deliveries of Fischer GmbH to consumers (§ 13 BGB), these Terms and Conditions (GTC).

3. Offer and contract conclusion
3.1 The presentation of products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. All offers are "while stocks last", if not stated otherwise in the products. Errors excepted.
"I have read the Terms" 3.2 By confirming and clicking the button "order" in the last step of the ordering process, you place a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order with an order confirmation via e-mail immediately after receiving your order.
4. Contract text
The contract text is stored on our internal systems. The general terms and conditions, you can at any time on this page. The order data and the GTC will be sent via email. After completion of the order the contract for security no longer accessible over the Internet.
5. Withdrawal
Consumer (§ 13 BGB) have a statutory right of withdrawal.
Conditions
You can revoke your contract within two weeks without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, fax, email) or by returning the goods. The period begins with receipt of this instruction. The revocation period is sufficient to send the revocation or thing. The revocation must be sent to:

Consequences of Withdrawal
In the case of an effective cancellation the mutually received benefits are to be returned and any benefits (eg interest) surrendered. Can you give us the performance received whole or in part, or return them only in deteriorated condition, you will be obliged to pay compensation. With the surrender of things this does not apply if the deterioration is exclusively due to their inspection - is due - as would have been about you at our store. Incidentally, you can avoid the compensation duty, by not using the goods as your own property and refrain from doing anything which reduces their value. Transportable items are to be returned. Not parcel things are picked up. You have to bear the cost of returning the goods if the delivered goods ordered corresponds and if the price returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or if you are at a higher price the thing at the time of the revocation yet the return or a contractually have provided partial payment. Otherwise, the return is free for you. Obligations to reimburse payments must be made within 30 days after its cancellation.

6. Prices and shipping costs
6.1 The stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.
6.2 The shipping costs depend on the amount of goods ordered and the mode of shipment and will be clearly informed before submitting your order. You can find an overview on the page e-shop.
7. Delivery
The delivery time is usually up to 3 business days after receipt of payment. On any different delivery times, we point to the product page.
8. Payment
8.1 Payment will be made either by prepayment or by direct debit.
8.2 If you choose the payment method "advance payment" we will provide our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after payment. Pay attention to the words "accelerated delivery process".
8.3. With the payment by "direct debit", you authorize Fischer GmbH at the rear panel 13, 29683 Bad Fallingbostel, unique debit the invoice amount from the account indicated on the order by direct debit. At the same time you instruct your bank to redeem the current drawn by the Fischer GmbH to your account debit.

For purchased products such as filter devices etc. the guarantee conditions of the manufacturers apply.
12. Copyright
Buyer will explicitly with purchase of DVD's, books, brochures, etc. to the observance of the "copyrights" of each.
